Accutane and vision

Accutane caused pupil abnormalities which led to all kind of vision issues following. I’m diagnosed with Adies tonic pupil. Is there anything I can do to reverse this? It’s been 9 years

Did anyone notice that their night vision isn’t as good as before? Isotretinoin/Accutane that is.
